Gartenhalle means “garden hall” in German. And our Gartenhalle surely deserves its inviting name. As an event location at Karlsruhe Zoo, it offers direct access to the landscaped outdoor area. With its bright and open design, the Gartenhalle provides a friendly atmosphere for presentations, banquets or company celebrations and it is ideally suitable for exhibitions and trade fairs, also in combination with the Schwarzwaldhalle. As a glazed hall in Karlsruhe, the Gartenhalle is a special feature with which you can show your event in the most favourable light.

Zoological Garden

Our somewhat unconventional event area
Flowers bloom, leaves unfurl, elephants trumpet and pelicans flap their wings between the main railway station and our Convention Centre. This is the home of the Karlsruhe’s Zoo and Stadtgarten. Both are in the immediate vicinity of our event complex. Thanks to a unique cooperation with this special location, we can offer you an additional green space in exceptional surroundings. The Zoo is ideal as a break area for your convention’s participants, as a lounge zone or for a carefree summer party.
